in your pasta sauce last night. Very impressive.
Growing herbs and using them in cooking just as folks have done for hundreds of years is still
earth friendly,

Not only can you grow these plants and
dry
for use in your gourmet meals ( or everyday meals) , but there are some ornamental herbs that are just nice additions to your flower garden because of the size,look , or color. Look for certain textures that compliment other flowers. Think of herb plants as another plant option when you’re designing and planning your backyard garden. (How about a border of
thyme?)
This type of garden has another benefit; the gardens smell wonderful!

container herb garden.
Planting herbs close to your kitchen door makes it easy to snip and cook.
You’ll find that planting two or three of each plant will meet your basic cooking with herbs needs. Any excess can be
dried,
stored in containers and used over the winter. Of course sharing your garden wealth makes you very popular with the neighbors, so if you do have an abundance , give extra plants away.
